Multi-document support #97

Need to be able to have multiple documents open.

Will have to monitor memory usage and possibly tweak how much of the history can be stored in RAM.

Although generally when people are working on big images they don't have lots of them open at the same time.

Surprisingly easy. Most of the changes were in the UI.
