Requirements

Context menu item

[x] Grab the correct deck to displace from

Displace card menu

[x] Choose number of cards to displace
[x] See all the decks present on the board
[x] Choose any deck from a dropdown list to displace cards to
[x] Can cancel displacement

Drag based displacement

[ ] Toggle card's ability to be dragged once in deck
[ ] After holding down the mouse for 500ms, detect the card as being dragged
[ ] If the card is dragged over another deck, make it a part of that deck
[ ] If it is dragged on top of the board, make it no longer attached to its original deck
