Add extra rules to define lines for "fun" profiles

Adds new methods to specify points to define lines in the profiles set;

Additionally to existent method, specifying a sector, implement following methods:

• Select point from the "Observation point" layer
• Select "Observation object" from the corresponded layer
  • Select a feature from the available on the map polygon, points and polyline layers
  • Select points from the GeoCalculator
  • Select a feature from the graphic layer

Number of profiles in the set is define as number of points taken for this set. The first point is the point specified as "base" second points are taken from the selected feature\features.

If the source points are taking from the other Add-in it should be checked first if the Add-In is already added in to the Map project

On taking a polygon or polyline as the source the feature's vertex should be used as points for profiles.

If the features are taking from a layer the window should behave like the window for selecting points to define profile line and the base point.

If the window contains the feature from the graphic layer the list should contain sequence number and the type of the feature (point\polygon\polyline) and number of contained points. The window can contain the button to flash the selected feature (current in the list)
