Unable to flash Pinecil V2 #44

Hello! I have issues with flashing my new Pinecil V2, it just does not receive data from it.

Log:

PineFlash: Download Complete.
PineFlash: File extracted successfully
PineFlash: Attempting to flash Pinecilv2 with the firmware C:\Users\lucidnx\AppData\Local\Temp\v2.21-Pinecilv2\Pinecilv2_EN.bin
Blisp: Sending a handshake...
Received no response from chip.
Failed to handshake with device.

I am running it as administrator. Is there something I am missing?

It seems to be issue with Windows 11 on some devices. developers of blisp already know about this.
