Description

When authentication fails, the system suggests to signup even if signup functionality is disabled (i.e. SPAGOBI.SECURITY.ACTIVE_SIGNUP_FUNCTIONALITY is false). Moreover, if I click on "Registrati" button, I can signup successfully, while instead page SpagoBI/restful-services/signup/prepare (and relevant services) should be not available when signup is disabled.
