SPAGOBI-1908 - When I signup, the systems says that the operation was successful even if confirmation mail was not sent correctly #1389

Description

I fill the form for signing-up, I enter my mail address and I submit the form. The system says that this operation was successful even if the confirmation mail was not sent correclty (for example because STMP server config is wrong) and therefore I cannot enter SpagoBI with my credentials
