Update cPanel installers to use CDN

The base URL for downloading integration files has been changed from download.seinternal.com to download.cdn.seinternal.com
The method for retrieving the version information has been updated to use PHP for JSON parsing instead of using sed and awk
The base path for download files has been updated to a new format
