Make the background static plus modified the landing page #83

Hii @SpandanM110

first : I make the background static which makes the landing page cool from the previous one.

Second : I have updated the features part, which looks complicated in the first image.

Third : I have resolved the issue of the footer and make that part responsive, plus I have also change the format of the text in the features part( Have spaces in the description part seen in second pic ).

fourth : In the about part there was a bug, so I resolved that issue.

hey @SpandanM110, I don't know how but someone changed my merge coding which leads to cross mark in my ( This branch has no conflicts with the base branch) .

I now again paste my old code and it resolved this issue, please merge this code.
