Meatball explosion safeguards

There is a slight possibility that a meatball explosion could happen between rounds if someone is fed a spicy meatball just before the new round starts being prepared.

Describe the feature you'd like

Proper handling of timers so that they don't cause an explosion when they aren't supposed to

Describe how this would improve the weapon

Prevent someone from unfairly dying during round preparation, or even worse when the next round just started.
