Can't activate venv - activate script is missing after install

Hello,

I tried to install for ubuntu, following the install-instructions under Wiki, but after the first sh install.sh there's following message: E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. When I try to do . ./activate the "no such file or directory"-error shows up. I looked into the folder, but there's no such script.

What do I have to do?

I tried it again today and everything worked fine.
