2 years ago - inspect your wiring, look for fine strands of wire at the stripped ends at the connectors - these can sometimes be hard to see and cause intermittent triggering of your limit switch...
How are your limit switches wired? (are you using all three terminals as illustrated below)
- be sure to pay attention to the markings on your particular switches "NC" & "NO"
- you can also try moving the internal "Limit Switch Logic/Output Voltage Select Jumper" to 24V (this will decrease the trigger sensitivity"

Does anybody have a part number for a optical coupling device for the limit switch inputs. And a schematic on how to wire it to a Xpro V5? Maybe that will cure my Y limit alarm problem Thanks.
