1 year ago They used to answer and be helpful. But I see one guy has commented on his own post three times and not a answer. That's pretty discouraging. Now my system has been working good, but I did have to take the controller apart, solder and replace a component to get mine to finally work. But they walked me through it. I guess these guys designed the board, probably out sourced manufacturing to China, then didn't get paid there cut and just said fuck it. Sad. But months without tech support is no way to run a business. If mine fries I'll got to open builds or something with time tested support.
The Spark Concepts website claims "Guaranteed Support". There are currently 56 open issues and the last reply from SC seems to have been back in November, 2022. Attempts via their website contact form have also gone unanswered.
Is this company still in business and supporting their products? Or should I cut my losses and find another controller? Between time spent troubleshooting and trying to contact them, it has been over a month now.
I fully comprehend that everyone gets busy at times, but a simple reply goes a long way. Especially when it is easy to setup automatic email replies.
Unimpressed, so far.
