System Crash When Running Program #90

Hey guys, I'm not sure what is going on, I ran a pocket program yesterday on a set of valve covers, then powder coated them and setup to do my engraving today, never shut down the computer, just shut down the power as per normal, it crashed the bit into the valve cover, but homed and jogged fine previous. I'm after going to the old BD Laser firmware and the new BD Laser firmware. I have the log from the run, and the NC file. I'm actually at a lose, I have tried CNCj's, UltimateCNC, and UGS. UGS has been giving me issues off and on, but CNCj's worked prefect but the DRU didn't update, but it worked. I'm sorry guys, I know you have a lot to deal with besides my issues, but I have been at it for hours, new config, new firmware, back to old, checked GRBL Settings, Only thing that seems to be bit new is on the newish BD Laser Firmware, seems to give Z axis alarms, checked all wiring, switch functions to box, go to the old Fix BD Laser Firmware the Z Axis Alarms go away but get the error in the TXT File error.txt Mike M Valve Cover Engrane Final.txt .

So I had another little go this morning, the issue seems to be related to the hard limits. Turning them off has fixed it. Is this related to noise I wonder? Either way it's back up and running thank god. :)
