Broken CEC #1

CEC fails to connect to the TV.

I'm no programmer and have no idea how/where to even start looking to fix this issue. I'm only opening this issue as a reference for anyone that tries out this fork.

maybe the right person will see this fork and offer a fix.

Appears to be fixed in 5ceb4ec by updating libcec, though I only tested using Amlogic-ng(S922X build)
