I've rebuild our libraries with the latest swift 4.1 compiler.

Description

You might just like to look in the commit list to see what I did.

Motivation and Context

Mostly I did this so we could continue on keeping the app up to date with the latest apple releases.

How Has This Been Tested?

That's all I did have not really tested otherwise.

i didnt realize 4.1 was released. was this with xcode 9.3 beta?
