The SMS Conversation List Block is only showing text with replies in it. Users can send a message and it will appear without a response in the conversation lists, however, if you refresh the list the message disappears. This is confusing to the user since it doesn't work like most other messaging apps.
I do understand how a filter for this could be useful when a bulk message is sent out only showing those with responses.

Steps to Reproduce
Go to the SMS Conversation List Block
Press the + to create a new message
Search and select a user
Send the user a text message
Go back to the conversation list
The conversation will be there
Refresh
The conversation will no longer be there
Expected Behavior
All conversations should be listed even if they don't have a response or an option to toggle a filter between with or without replies should be present.
Actual Behavior
A recently sent conversation will be listed in the conversation without a reply until the conversation list is refreshed then it will no longer be displayed.
