I am still having difficulty of getting Rock to work through Lunarpages and I wonder if others have been able to get it to work through them. My current roadblock seems to be around entering the "database server" as every name I have tried " localhost" etc hasn't worked. Lunarpages suggest i use 209.200.244.70 but when i do the Rock configuarator will not advance with just a number. If I need to I may have to cancel lunarpages and use one you have already made work. Please let me know how i can try to resolve. Thank you! Kelly

It's a bit hard to debug without access to the server, but a couple of thoughts...

• Ensure that you have a MS SQL server and not a MySql server provisioned
• If so I would be will to help debug it but I'd need your FTP credentials as well as the address of the website (access to the Plesk control panel would be nice too). You can email them to me at jon(@)sparkdevnetwork.org
• We highly recommend Arvixe but I'm willing to help trying to get it to work for you on Lunar

Confirmed that Lunarhosts won't work as they do not allow write access to the file system.
