Obsidian Account Entry Block does not respect Inactive Campuses

Description

When you have Inactive campuses and enable the Campus filter on the /newaccount page, all campuses are selectable on the form.

Actual Behavior

All campuses are displayed when the Show Campus Filter is set to Yes.

Expected Behavior

At least, only Active campuses should be displayed on the Campus selector. It would be nice to be able to select open/pending, physical/online, etc.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a campus and make it "Inactive" Visit https://rocksolidchurchdemo.com/newaccount and update the block and set "Show Campus" to Yes
