Just a minor UI issue - on the Family Pre-Registration block, the First Name and Last Name fields do not have the red "Required" dot indicating they are required, even though for the first adult, both fields are required.
Actual Behavior
First Name and Last Name are both required and do not have the red dot indicating they are required.
Expected Behavior
First Name and Last Name are both required and should have the red dot indicating they are required.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to https://rockrmslatest.com/FamilyPreRegistration
See that First Name and Last Name fields do not indicate to the user that they are required.
