[Alpha 1.16.7.2] Next Gen Checkin-Supervisor Login Code is not Masked

Description

When you enter the code on the kiosk for the Supervisor Login, it isn't masked which makes it super easy for others to find out what it is.

Actual Behavior

The numbers entered just display on the screen.

Expected Behavior

The numbers are masked with an * as you enter them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to checkin kiosk (https://rockalpha.crossroads.net/nextgen-checkin)
2. Click on the gear in the bottom left corner
3. Enter the supervisor PIN

Can I suggest that you use "Nextgen Check-in" in your issue titles? (Or at least call it out in the description.) 16.7 still supports v1 checkin, so it's helpful for those of us that follow issues to know at a glance which checkin you're referring to without inferring it from screen shots.
