- As part of this, I also installed the @typescript-eslint plugin to fix some spurious errors where ESLint was complaining of no-unused-vars for type parameters defined in TypeScript type definitions (discussed here)

Okay. So it's mainly these:

An endpoint for linking a user role with access to a specific admin page. It should also allow specifying the types of actions that the users of that role can perform on the page (i.e., "read", "create", "delete", "update", etc). I don't know if the database schema was already modified to support this
General user management endpoints (especially listing users. Endpoints for assigning roles to users already exist)
A way for checking what actions (read, create, delete, update) a user can perform on a page when they try to open it. Brian talked about including the user's role in their JWT token, but perhaps it could also be done via an endpoint, especially since the JWT token requires logging out then in for it to update when they get assigned a different role
