Ensured thumbnails get uploaded properly
Fixed bug of media content being returned empty whenever withMetadata was true
Various minor fixes and improvements

It seems those media content were created when the app was configured to upload locally, rather than to S3. But since that was changed, it's currently fine. So we might just need to re-upload those specific files which show that
