Two <head> in result html #42

Result html of heml build has two <head> tag. First of them empty.

Hey, @mr-devboy This is actually by design. As Cosmin shared in #22, the Yahoo! app removes the first <head> tag, so by having two, we keep the embedded styles and meta tags in.
