26 - the version option is showing up everywhere. This makes it only show up under the top level `sparkpost` and `sparkpost --help` command.

Even though the PR fixes the "showing" part, but it still works for commands.

$ sparkpost account --version
0.1.0

Is that not intended? And it's good otherwise.
