Not recieving credits #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Purchasing
2. Completing Payment
3. Not gaining Points

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Gettings credits when payment is complete. However the done payment doesnt get 
anywhere into the sql, evenso you get redirected back to the CP after the 
donation was complete.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FluxCP - Windows Server 2008

Please provide any additional information below.
IPN is activated, redirect goes to 
http://www.ghostro.org/TT/?module=donate&action=notify
I followed the screencast, and in paypal it says the information got sent to 
the website but its not in txnlog or credits
