Installation Problem #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean install of latest from latest svn checkout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After authentication, it should move to second part which is 
installation/update of flux. But instead it redirects to a non-existent 
directory, /install

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1070, Windows 7 Ultimate with WampServer 2.2a

Please provide any additional information below.
It was well configured since it wasn't my first time installing fluxcp. To fix 
issue, I reverted back to r1066 and then updated to r1070.

This is due to a configuration error.
Please disable the application configuration setting 'UseCleanUrls'.
