Tfc items like the quern and various tools wear out ove time, so having a millstone with infinite durability seems unbalanced. Wouldn’t want to have to replace every single cog, but major machines seem like some maintenance should be in order. Perhaps a key part and a hammer in offhand could switch out item durability.
If smithing success of part factored in, you could up/downgrade machine at the same time by scaling SU demand. That way skilled labour remains in demand even with mass production.
