Modular Command Support #4

Support for dynamically adding/removing commands by simply including commands in their own batch file. Menu structure would be determined by directory location and filename syntax.

Modular support has not been entirely fleshed out, this issue needs to remain open until the enhancement is added for milestone tracking.
