Partners sounds bigger than Sponsors. Spartan Innovations may meet that criteria, but Shapeways doesn't. It will also be cleaner to not have any text interrupting the sponsor images. Just keep the partners at the smallest sponsorship level but don't indicate that they're not sponsors.
