Update gradle and NPM dependencies.

Notes:

This upgrades flyway to the next major version which changes the schema_version table name. Since that's a breaking change for holdmail users, I explicitly configure it in application.properties
I decided not to upgrade to from bootstrap 4 beta 2 to beta 3 because it broke the styling on the header. I tried following the notes in the migration guide but it didn't seem to work. Not really urgent anyway. (FYI @tsneed290 )

Version upgrades before VersionEye shuts down :-D

Yeah, it's a shame, it was good at making me do periodic refreshes.
