I've removed the template, since this is really not an issue but the start to a discussion.

I'd like to establish a more open communication channel for Holdmail. I don't think it has to be limited to one, but it should be consistent and easy to discover.

Some options I can see:

Google Groups
Gitter
Slack

Not sure if others have thoughts.
