Trigger state - add <= and >= comparison, status and fixed label bug #28

Trigger-state Node

Added <= and => comparison for Constraints and Outputs. Renamed greater_than and less_than to > and < but kept backwards compatibility.
Fixed label for outputs that was getting undefined tacked on to the front of the string.
Added status message for Allowed and Blocked outputs.

Awesome! I'll get working on testing this thi week! will current flows using Greater than and less than continue to work? I did not see provision for that in the code (as far as i could tell)

Nevermind, failed to read the last file, i'll test this.
