Hi! Gziped tarballs are auto generated by bitbucket in the downloads section, you can use that: https://bitbucket.org/SpartanJ/soil2/downloads
This is how a lot of packages in openSUSE are build ( i'm also an openSUSE user :) ). That isn't enough? Do you need something else?
Regards

Yes, totally, that's sounds like a great idea. I tagged the last commit and created the new release: https://bitbucket.org/SpartanJ/soil2/get/release-1.07.tar.gz
Let me know if you need something else.

I looked at the openSUSE repos and 1.07 was the last SOIL version, i thought you were saying that i had to start from that release number. Well, i updated stb_image to the lastest version so i made a new release that you can use: https://bitbucket.org/SpartanJ/soil2/get/release-1.09.tar.gz

Hello !
I'm an openSUSE maintainer and I've seen your project. Is there any luck you publish tarballs ?
