What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.this happens everytime you start a game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game runs fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running android 2.3.4

Settings/Audio/Sample Stretch does this to reduce crackling. You can set it to 
0% but there will be crackling; that'd be the real bug.

For the time being, In my Note 2 I've found it's better to keep Sample Stretch 
to 2% and SampleRate to 22050; a 2% is a much lesser reduction in speed and 
pitch than 7% and it's harder to notice, while crackling doesn't happen.
