Water feature and thoroughfare addressing is inconsistent #15

Water feature and thoroughfare addressing is inconsistent and shouldn't be. In AS/NZS 4819, they are interchangeable, as the hydrological features are basically treated as transport features.

Version 1.0.0 - current until 25/06/2024 - did have this inconsistency but it has been removed in v1.0.1, 26/06/2024+.

Currently then, Water Feature addressing is handled as per Street addressing and both are seen as special cases of thoroughfare addressing.

Water Features, Streets and any other specialised type of Thoroughfare are all objects referenced by the Address which contain their own labels - "Smith Street" or "Lord Howe Island" - that can be templated for compactness or other differences. Currently only one Thoroughfare type is allowed so either an Address has a Water Feature or a Street but not both.

Applications can trigger logic based on the existence of a Water Feature or a Street to power different form elements for data entry if they wish but number first, number last number prefixes etc are allowed for either according to the model.

I believe this issues is now fixed.
