Split the ABC Atlas mouse brain dataset into two datasets: (1) whole brain and (2) just the thalamus.

The code inside data/abc_atlas_wmb_thalamus has been modified to load the whole brain, not just the thalamus.

@markrobinsonuzh @ksarusan following up on Wednesday's discussion, I'm going to start working on splitting our ABC atlas dataset into two datasets: whole-brain and thalamus. Please let me know if you've already started this and if I'm duplicating efforts here!
