Add support for Barbarian Farming #33

Basically the title. With the release of Barbarian Farming, you no longer need a seed dibber to plant crops. As a result of this, seed dibbers essentially become wasted bank space, so it's not uncommon to remove them from your bank. Unfortunately, this also means that you can't easily start a herb run because it's one of the required items. For that reason, I suggest adding a toggle for Barbarian Farming that would remove the seed dibber from the list of required items, and allow you to start a herb run without having one in your inventory.

Code for this is now written. But unfortunately there is a few other updates I want to get done before updating the plugin. Its been a while since I touched this plugin, and I'm not sure where it was left off. So you might have to wait a little while I'm catching up, and trying to get some of the previous work implemented as well.
