Worn items currently are not checked when accounting for the required items for a run (all varieties of runs)

In particular: Ardy Cloak, Explorer's ring, skills necklace and Magic secateurs.

Also consider adding a reminder textbox to equip the magic secateurs when on a herb run

Also consider adding Herb Sack to the Herb Run items with an option to toggle it as required or not.

One small note regarding the magic secateur reminder: be aware that equipping it for the bonus is not necessary anymore as of 15 feb 23!
