Specflow feature file functionality not working. #120

Issue Description

Specflow does not go to step definitions or define steps neither recognize if steps are defined or not.

Open feature file right click then "Define Steps" or "Go To Definition"

I'm having the same problem. @ahmadk is this working for you now?

It was fixed for me with the latest version of SpecFlow extension (2022.1.91.26832 v). @devaki-c
