Issue Description

Latest version with .NET 8 support is not available at Microsoft Marketplace, when it will be available?

Steps to Reproduce

Using marketplace version with .NET 8 leads to binding issues

The last version on the marketplace was v2022.1.91 published on 12/20/2022 and v2022.1.93 was never published there. I was a bit confused because the release is also called 2022.1.91 on github which match the version on the Marketplace.

I appreciate being able to manually install the vsix but it was rather inconvenient spending time to search why I was having an issue that was fixed 9 months ago.
