#ToDo in Feature File in Todo- Explorer/Task- View visible #178

If I have a #Todo comment in a Gherkin file, it would be nice to see the entry in the Resharper Todo- Explorer or/and in the Visual Studio Task View.

Should be implemented in the Visual Studio Extension - https://github.com/techtalk/SpecFlow.VisualStudio

It could be, that it is not possible to implement this feature, because of missing extension points in Visual Studio or Resharper.
