Documentation request: Fix note styling on NullValueRetriever docs #2624

A follow up to #2620. I couldn't see the preview but had followed the Sphinx theme guide. However, it doesn't look like the styling is in place on the page

@SabotageAndi if you're able to create a GitHub group e.g. "CanViewDocsPreviews" and add me to it, I believe you can then authorize that group to view previews in the ReadTheDocs tooling (and I don't think there's a cost). If you'd like to do that, I'm happy of course to submit a PR and make sure it looks as expected.

@SeanKilleen I fixed the privacy settings (https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/pull-requests.html#privacy-levels) and now everybody should be able to see the PR review.
