[ ] add an option to set a global spawn limit per logibox (e.g. you can spawn 10 vehicles max)
[ ] add a module that allows easy configuration of the logibox' asset limits

best solution I can think of right now is adding a module that is synced to a specific logibox and allows you to programmatically sets spawning limits etc
