Give Field Support a way of clearing Wrecks. #344

When staying at a FOB underattack for prolonged time, wrecks tend to build up and generally be in the way. A way to (re)move the wrecks (atleast when at a FOB) would be very helpful.

This could be either in the fortify tab, mby as a MUTT variant or some other way.

Im hoping this is somehow technically possible.
