Chemicals Tweaks

• [x] Add Halothane to ARC, Commando and Covert-ops Arsenals
• [x] Add Anti-Chemical Inhaler to "Common" Arsenal
• [x] Create a "Spawn" module for gases to be able to just place it down
• [ ] Investigate a custom wounds handler for lung damage (Blood Oxygen recently added to ACE)
• [ ] Add config switch for helmets/vests to be able to protect against noxious gases
• [ ] Add handling for vehicles that are airtight or not to affect the crew

Halothane Enhancements

• [ ] Add a "Sleepy" effect when someone starts to ingest halothane, see the blinding effect from ACE during blood loss
• [ ] Instead of making it simply a hard limit for the halothane to take effect, have an increasing chance of going unconscious where the victim becomes more likely to go to sleep as they ingest more halothane

Shadow Virus Tweaks

• [x] Slow down the tick rate from 1 to 1.5 - 2
• [ ] Create some kinda of audio indicator for Shadow Virus

please add "add config switch for helmets/vests to be able to protect against noxious gases" eg. the katarn helmet - at least - is definitely airtight and has full filtering etc

This would apply to P1/P2 Pilots right outside aircraft? P3 discrimination included. Or would you rather not something cosmetic like helmet change protection (against gas)
