Civ5 issues #162

Special K seems to handle Civ5 poorly, sometimes causing a black screen, especially when switching between windowed and fullscreen modes.

You really shouldn't use fullscreen mode anyway. SK supports it on its own, but a lot of third-party overlays won't support it when SK is active because SK uses flip model and they're not designed to work correctly in flip model.

You can always right-click the framebuffer resolution in SK's control panel and select "Fake Fullscreen" mode to prevent the game from using Fullscreen Exclusive. SK will just turn it into Borderless Fullscreen and that resolves third-party overlay incompatibilities, in addition to simply being much more pleasant than Fullscreen Exclusive :)
