After 22.6.18-NOCEGUI, Fallout 4 fast travel broken in all versions of SpecialK

@Lunapark2030 We got some info on the discord from one user. Transitions like Fast Travel might be a problem when you are using f4se/high fps physics fix simultaneously with Special K. And that user said that he could fix it by using Local Injection instead of Global Injection.

Were you using f4se/high fps physics fix?
