[Feature Request] Allow 100% Dynamic Resolution Scaling for FFXVI #220

In Final Fantasy XVI, the maximum dynamic resolution never exceeds 95% (for example, if the output resolution is 1920x1080, the dynamic resolution will not go higher than 1824x1026 under any circumstances). I tried adjusting the dynamic resolution settings under the DLSS section in Special K, but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to work. In FFXVIFix, there is an option to achieve 100% resolution with dynamic scaling, and it would be great to have the same functionality in Special K so we wouldn't need to install FFXVIFix separately.

I really do not want to duplicate too much of FFXVIFix's functionality, that is code I am not familiar with that I would have to maintain.

Nearly all of Lyall's mods work flawlessly with Special K, and you can auto-load them. Auto-loading ASI files is setup by default for that game, in fact.
