SQED based CollectionObjects with Identifiers are likley duplicated now #7

Matt: When a SQED image was processed (e.g. Plecoptera), then a Catlaog Number was created. When we imported the INHS data then we created records but we couldn't create the Identifier, so there are duplicate records.

TCM: This has been done manually in the past, but a script or "merge" button would massively help to churn through these.
