As per Bob's email:

The Manchester OWL2 validator points out that dateTime values are not lexically appropriate.

I believe they have to be more-or-less ISO 8601, though I can't find such claimed in W3 docs about OWL2

It uses xsd:dateTime so I believe it should be as specified in https://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#dateTime.
